Reflections of Passion by MaciejKarcz Reflections of Passion by MaciejKarcz
One of my favorite sunsets :)
Very hot and humid day though, by the end of the shoot I was drenched. But humidity makes for a lot of nice colors in the sky ;)

Nikon D200
Sigma 10-20mm EX HSM lens
Hitech Grad ND 1.2 filter
5 exposures

I redid it entirely, that's what a lack of inspiration to get out and shoot does ;)

IMHO the colors from the D2 and D200 are the best. Not too saturated, but not too washed out. Just right.

It depends a great deal on the post processing. The D700/D3 can shoot raw in 14-bit color depth, when processed well they can also produce very capable photos. I'm not great at post processing, but if you search around you can find some great photos from them that are processed well.
