Ryokan lived the simplest kind of life in a little hut at the foot of a mountain. One evening a thief visited the hut only to discover there was nothing to steal. Ryokan returned and caught him. "You may have come a long way to visit me," he told the thief, "and you should not return empty-handed. Please take my clothes as a gift." The thief was bewildered. He took the clothes and went away. Ryokan sat naked, watching the moon. "Poor fellow," he mused, "I wish I could give him this beautiful moon."

Nikon D200 Sigma 10-20mm EX HSM lens Hitech Grad ND 1.2 filter 5 exposures
Lovely sky and clever use of ND filtering to get the lovely light balance. I think the most amazing thing is that you've done a 'half and half' of landscape and sky and it still looks brilliant. That's what rules are for - to be broken. Congrats.
